TL;DR

I helped a visionary leader define her digital presence.

From our first conversation about the status of her rebrand, I could tell Rima had a powerful vision for her business. She just needed a partner who could help her trust in herself.

She was several weeks into working with a branding agency on her new site, but they just weren’t getting it. Or her.

So we made some bold moves. She parted ways with the agency and hired me. We scrapped the work that had been done and started from scratch with a new logo and her internal compass as our North.

Through guided interviews, I helped Rima translate her speaking presence into a digital experience, capturing the essence of her training style and approach. We wanted to give potential clients the Rima experience from their first touchpoint on her site, like they were already in the room with her.

We anchored our copy, tone, and flow in her unique voice and perspective. And leaned into neon rainbow colors and bold type for our design, reflecting the vibrant, boldness that defines Harmony at Work.

The result? A client that feels seen. And a breakthrough site that stands out in the sea-of-same workplace training category.
