TL;DR

We turned the changing room into a space for real change.

As part of the original concept team for “The Changing Room,” I helped shape the campaign’s foundational idea: that change is a constant in women’s lives, and the fitting room can be a space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

The campaign launched as a three-day immersive experience in NYC, featuring interactive mirrors, keynote speakers, and story-sharing booths. It later expanded into select stores across the country, where women could book one-on-one sessions with stylists and life coaches—transforming retail changing rooms into places of support and self-expression.

At its core, the campaign invited women to explore the changes that have shaped them and see those shifts not as disruptions, but as defining parts of who they are.
